Chad Castellano, B.A.,M.Arch.
Born and Raised in Alberta, Chad completed a Professional
Master's Degree in Architecture in 2001 from the University of
Calgary. While still attending university, he began working for
a Calgary Architecture Firm in 1997, and has since lived,
worked, studied, and completed projects throughout Alberta
and BC, as well as Barcelona, Chicago, and Hawaii. As a
member of various design teams, Chad has experience in
projects ranging from High Rise Hotels and Condominiums,
to Spas, Restaurants, Corporate Offices, and Several Award
Winning Residential Projects. In 2007, he created Astride
Modern Design Corporation to "Bring the Conceptual and
Technical Aspects of Large-Scale Commercial Design to
Residential Construction."

Nicole Grew up on Vancouver Island, and after opening and
operating a successful local restaurant for almost a decade,
She decided upon a career in Interior Design. Upon
graduating from Malaspina College in 2005, she was hired by
a local design firm to complete several successful Residential
Projects as well as Commercial Office Spaces, Hotel Lobbies
& Suites, Restaurants, Presentation Centres, and
Condominium Sales Packages. Nicole joined Astride Modern
in February 2008, and plays a key role in all design activities.
